Exterior Painting

The situation may vary depending upon the individual needs and these are generally outlined in your proposal however below are the general steps we will take on delivering your exterior house painting project.
- Wash – Areas are either power washed or hand wash to remove dirt and mildew.
- Preparation – This is detailed in the scope of works within your proposal, all loose and failing paint is either scraped, sanded or removed, minor holes and cracks are filled and all surfaces sanded prior to finish coats
- Paint – Bare or repaired areas are sealed or primed, followed by two coats of an ultra-premium quality exterior paint to a professional finish.
- Clean – Clean up is done daily, as well as at the completion of your project. Paint chips are removed and all our materials are packed up and stored neatly.
- Inspection – We carry out inspections throughout the painting project, after our final inspection you are invited to inspect our work and provide feedback.
